Yeah, I get that it’s taxed, I just can’t imagine how it can pile up like that, just sitting there waiting to buy a chunk of land. For us there’s always 15 different things calling for the money, machinery updates, medical stuff, insurance, other loan payments. Guess I can’t imagine buying land with cash on hand, I mustn’t be doing something right yet!
