My elderly mom got on FB a few years before she died.
Her thing was to share about 20-30 (not an exaggeration) things a day. I told her a lot of it was AI generated crap, she didn’t care and kept posting.
I deleted my FarceBook page awhile back. Sure, it was fascinating to see what people were eating every day but it was just a mind drain.
