There are so many variables involved, every operation is different. People need to do what works for them and ignore all the "experts".

as far as debt goes, I had more then my fair share when I was young, because of the many years of excessive debt,I was so focused on getting debt free that I blew a some opportunities, but I have been debt free for a few years now, and while I'm stress free and feel good, I find myself bored and missing the excitement of getting things paid off, plus I feel I marketed better when I had debt, if the right scenario came along I'd borrow again, but not looking like it will, I'm older then last time and time is moving quickly. |
