Back in 2014 I asked myself why central banks hadn't raised interest rates. I had been reading John's posts for years before that so I had started to actually pay enough attention to our world to really want to look for some explanations in 2014 rather than let the teevee tell me there is no inflation.

Once you look for the answers yourself you can begin to understand the truth. If you continue watching the teevee for your truth then you won't understand your future.

It's a debt based system and there are people who control it. It's not your government in charge by the way. It is why no one in government has even uttered a word about replacing the Federal Reserve Board or ending it completely for not meeting their 2% inflation mandate.

Debt is going up exponentially, if you are a beleivers that it will be reigned in and paid back in the next 20 years then that is certainly a positive attitude. After all, you pay your taxes to do exactly that. It hasn't happened for +50 years but for sure next year or the year after it will start. At least, that is the optimistic view.

The alternative view is to understand what reality is and that is its a debt based system and must keep expanding debt. And those in government who continue its expansion are serving the system. It's not the opposite where government is holding the system in check to get the most value out of your tax dollar. Anyone can prove me wrong by showing where government is looking to eliminate debt in the last +50 years.

Understand the creation of currency, understand who does it, then understand where your government fits in this reality. The reason I add in where your government fits is because government is supposed to protect the individual from larger things that are harmful to the population. And I would but endless currency creation along with theft of wealth via taxation and inflation at the top of the list so I have to contemplate why governments fail on this front.
