I create money by working 7 days a week and getting paid for my services.
I agree with you. I've also made money by investing prudently. I've also made money on my buying habits. Some have been stupid (boats, cabin, motorcycle pickups etc). But paying for land that will never give a roi in your lifetime is just stupid (your kids or grandkids might thankyou). Even dumber is renting ground that returns nothing. But, im certainly in the minority (at least on this forum. Not sure where some posters learned their economics from but as im finding out, life is too short to work all your life for the bank. |
