Southern Indiana		I feel like anyone trying to expand and buy ground around here is not debt free. If you work a town job and are not buying ground I'd say you could farm what you have debt free. 75 decent acres will run you around a million around here. A little debt keeps you running lean and keeps you from wasting it. Interest is deductible too.
