When i was young and had nothing, debt didn't bother me.
The older i got the more i hated borrowing money.
Got debt free in 2018. Then bought ground at 3.25% in 2020.
I try to have 200k in cash and all next yrs inputs paid
every yr on 550 acres. Plus all the feed for my cows on hand for a yr
So all i have is $2700/ acre against ground
How many debt free farmers?
