Well,,you are never debt free if you own land.That local tax bill that come here every 6 months is calculating the dollars you owe ,,every single day,,every single hour the invoice you owe gets larger,,,so there is that.Sell out,,then maybe near debt free..then you owe the feds,,,hehehhe,,a big debt..
