Glad all Iowans aren't down on ND.
Land prices is often relative to what it will produce.
So while you may pay $20000 for a Iowa quarter for $3.2 mil the ND poor man may pay $10,000 /acre for 320 acres.
Same deal.
A ND poor man (1 guy) recently paid $11,000+ for 1300+ acres.
Do the math.
