Being debt free don't mean crap
A lot of starting out on 3rd base guys and a lot of little old lady landlords charging about 50% going rate rent usually enter into the debt free question IMO
I will probably never be debt free. Don't like it but accept it. At least I will have my name in the plat book more than some
