Hennepin, IL | I think you bring up a good point, whether you meant to or not. If the goal is more assets to control, leverage wins every time. If the goal is more net worth, idk that its been the blessing that many think. Sure borrowing 3% money for an asset that returns 20% is a no brainer. How many of those things are financed vs assets that are returning <1% (or negative) relative to the thing they replaced. | |
