Paying for a quarter in North Dakota with cash doesn’t take much, pay for a good black dirt quarter in Iowa with cash and you’re doing something.
Maybe in some places, but lots of $10k plus land on the eastern of the state. 2 quarters up here last year sold for $18,500/ac. Not exactly chump change.
