nc ks | I don't know if justifiably is the best word to use there. I'm not saying I disagree with someone's personal goal based on past experience, but fear is not a really good litmus test for best practice. There are a lot of ways to mitigate the chance of having an 80's episode without being debt free. The 80's totally blindsided guys that were following what the 'experts' said to do. I would also not blindly listen to the 'experts' today. Being debt free can basically kill the farm as a family inclusive business in one generation. | |
