Depends on your goals? Im far from debt free and dont foresee that I ever will be? Its hard to do any substantial growth without debt, but some would rather not deal with that and that is just fine too. That being said I know some pretty large operators that are debt free, but they are 70+ years old and they didnt get their overnight......
