Southern Missouri | Means little for these issues but if lined up every farm in a ten mile radius around me and sold them at the value they’d bring today , the roi from the average price those folks paid for all that land would be staggering, by far far and away the average price paid for land in that circle would be in the neighborhood of 20 times less than would bring today, just never sells in our area , a little but not much , even the damn 3rd generation bunch won’t sell , don’t they know it’s always the third generation that loses it , I mean come on man | |
