Several years ago Trimble offered, and may still, a CenterPoint RTX subscription for “new” NAV900’s that were only Basic Accuracy unlocked.

NAV960 - They suggest "up to 50% better line following and positioning with the NAV-960." Trimble has not explained the specifics here...in regards to what condition(s) is/are this based upon.
