maybe so and if so, goody for them.

Are they still borrowing?

I owe exactly zero dollars to anyone and literally EVERY SINGLE thing I own I own 100% outright (yes yes, that includes land) and every single item I every buy I buy without borrowing money.

So again, are these people now "all caught up" or are they still borrowing?

Can they go a year of no income and go "well, that sucks" and pay for next year or do some "payments" start to come do that they can't cover?

Dunno but I like not owing anyone anything.
