Crophugger2.0 - 12/27/2025 09:33 Lets say you are a 3rd or 4th generation farm with a 2nd generation still living with the majority of land in their name you take a 10 million dollar life insurance policy and they keep on buying land as long as you can pay the premium and use the cash value as operating note and pay it back every year like your operating loans looks like a win to me also have to be able to make land payments

How much per month does a $10 million life insurance policy cost on Grandpa whom is currently 75 years old and might have a fatal heart attack tomorrow or might live another 20 years?

Insurance companies are similar to casino's.    Yes some people win sometimes (enough to keep people coming back) but over time, the house always wins.
