Crophugger2.0 - 12/27/2025 09:33 Lets say you are a 3rd or 4th generation farm with a 2nd generation still living with the majority of land in their name you take a 10 million dollar life insurance policy and they keep on buying land as long as you can pay the premium and use the cash value as operating note and pay it back every year like your operating loans looks like a win to me also have to be able to make land payments
