She loses me at life insurance... Anything involving insurance reads scam to me. Operating without the bank should be everyone's goal. Equipment debt can go either way, but what debt you do have needs to be undoubtedly productive. No land debt just means you're not building for the next generation.
Land debt on land @ current prices is unproductive. To go even farther the reason any money is made farming today is because poor ROI on land is subsidizing the black ink on the bottom line. |
