I’m curious
In order to deal with ionospheric scintillation requires a bigger CPU that can do multi-frequencies and multi-constellations. Ionospheric scintillation is more common in higher norther latitudes in US, but does not happen every day; once in a while it does happen. If a person signs up, no cost, to NOAA's space weather reports, they will be informed a day or two before. https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/content/subscription-services
If doing RTK via mosaic-X5, it does offer an enhanced ionospheric robustness during periods of scintillation.
