Subject: PPLT

Pittsburg, Kansas

Now you got me curious so I had to go look up my wifes account. I was pretty sure her PPLT had done nothing. As usual I was wrong. She bought two lots in 10/2011 amd 1/2012.. She is up an average of 41% average from her purchase price. We must have averaged down because according to Vanguard her 2011 purchase is up 38% and three months later what she bought is up 50%.

For 13 years not a great ROI but better than a loss and maybe it will do something from here. She even has more of it than I thought she did. It is in a ROTH IRA brokerage so if it shoots out the moon and doubles or tripples will probably suggest her sell it and put money in CD's or some fixed income. At 71 how much more growth stuff and risk do we really need?

I almost never do anything with the IRA's. Buy something to be happy with and let it ride. Have actually done a few adjustments the last couple weeks.

Edit: Juat looked at a long term chart. I was right. She has probably been under water since 2015. Only lately has it shot back up.
