They bury this info.. but you can still access it.  The mills will need Protein to make grade.. in Catoosas case probably to blend up low pro.. the KC mill market is even stouter.. the country elevators can access this through the rail market.

Flip side.. they haven't had a crop either till 25.. and some may be stressed due to bk's.

Still the cash market appears to be.. firming.. but.. I could be wrong.  There are opportunities but ya gotta hunt for them.

I binned the last.. some protein from those fields were mid 12s.. the higher yielding irrigated 11's.  Scratching for every penny.

Todd your options are probably a shuttle loader to the left coast.. etc.
