Manitoba | I have same fridge and have had issue 2x. If your absolutely sure the drain line is clear after you disassemble and thaw it all out (crazy how much ice it can collect isnt it) check your water filter.
Upper right in fridge. 1x ours had gotten bumped loading fridge and it wasnt fully seated and was leaking. Water would run down the side and collect and freeze where you indicated. Took filter out, reinserted and all was well. (After disassembling and thawing all the ice out.
