South Dakota | Since I think I am an expert I want to make a few more comments. I am not an expert except in the sense that I did lose almost 50 lbs and it stayed off just by changing what I eat. I could stand to loose another 20 lbs. To loose that I guess it will take futher reduction in those foods that cause insulin production and more exercise, also some aerobic exercise. I do belive in Calories in vs calories out. However I think the dietitians and medical people forget to account for where a big portion of consumed fat goes: Poop. And carbohydrates that turn into blood sugar and are not used by exercise go on to become body fat. I know if I reduce fat intake, going is more difficult, and my hunger increases. Just have some fat; marbled meat, sour cream, at least 2% milk, etc; stop eating things made using sugar and white flour (higher glycemic index) you will lose some weight easily in just a week or so. Do exercise. | |
