West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | So what you're saying is that Christians incorporated a Pagan holiday...or two in an effort to expand the Christian religion? If that's the case, Christians have no right to complain about Pagan traditions being incorporated into a Christian holiday IMO.
And don't forget that this thread stared out about Santa Claus, which is a Christian tradition, that can be blamed on Dutch Pagans that were converted to the Christion religion.
