It has to go high enough to convince Badger to take the cash instead of holding out for bars.
Looks like Badger is going to owe a bunch of Tax no matter if he sells the Silver Futures by 12-31 or not. Silver futures are taxed on unrealized gain, physical Silver is not.Would think those with big gains on Silver Futures might lock in gains by 12-31 .
