This will be my 3rd year calving heifers. Most of them are going to be just fine size wise. But I’ve got a few on the smaller side I am concerned about. Smaller frame and probably 850-950 pounds. I’m due to calve mid February. Any advice on what I can do or do to prepare given my circumstances?
All you can do is have them on a good diet and enough exercise. If there bred to a good ce bull they should be fine. They will need some groceries after the calve out.
