Well I left it uncut under foil in the microwave overnight, and now warming back up still covered in the oven, set at 190. Remote probe currently says 120, I think I’ll take it to 130 and take out and let sit until lunch at 1. So basically cooking it twice, probably ruining it ha ha will see I guess
