Subject: RE: Prime rib “leftovers”

South Central MN
I find that using the sous vide method for reheating prime rib or steaks is best also. It's almost as good as eating it the first time. I have already used the sous vide method without my sous vide precision cooker. I put the food in ziploc bags and immerse it in a pre-heated kettle of water on the stove and used a candy thermometer to monitor the temp of the water.
