| Really not sure what your area or operation is like but if only spraying a couple of days a week during part of the year, a freshly retired custom applicator, you tender and mix for him as needed. I definitely wouldn't recommend trying to take away from another person or company. Could also put a help wanted ad up experienced operator then maybe there is someone you dont know of looking for a change.
