northwest tennessee | What about the fuel pump? It has a screen in the top of it. I have a 65 ford 4000 gas and is different style than yours but has a fuel pump up front by the water pump. Guy I talked to said if it is a point problem pulling the choke out will not help. So if pulling the choke out helps you are not getting enough fuel. Also check the screen in the bottom of the gas tank for trash. The carb mine has does not have adjustments on it. It is a holley carb. | |
