I looked into this years ago. Pretty sure you will need to retest in the future to prove that you are using up the excess nutrients. As yields go up more nutrients need to be available. Make sure they are high enough that you won’t shoot yourself in the foot.
I don’t think you need special people to do the work. Your CPA should know what is required.
