Excel can be set up to do it, takes a bit of work. Use one spreadsheet tab for the data, put every relevant bit of info in its own column.
The second tab contains the layout. Configure the sheet into small squares, then use a 2 square by 4 square segment to represent an individual grave. Graves can be grouped into plots depending on how the cemetery is laid out. The cemetery I work with has plots of 8 graves with each plot identified by a single number. So a group of eight 2X4 graves represents the plot.
The 2X4 grid of cells for each grave contains formulas to gather the information off the data tab so each grave shows what you need to know.
Excel works on the phone, so I can access it all any time any where. Ease of access has made cemetery inquiries almost effortless. The physical layout matches the spreadsheet tab so it is fairly realistic to look on screen and figure out who is where.
