Osage iowa | Let me guess, you want the basis of the local ethanol plant or feed mill but you don’t have bins so you took it to the elevator and now their bid sucks because they’ve got ya? Best thing you can do now is learn from your mistakes and either forward market and use paper grain contracts to play the market, or build bins. Can’t hardly blame the elevator if we come back every year doing the same thing over and over. | |
