Put in a load out, sloped pit with a holding/rinse tank. Generally a good septic tank outside the footers I've seen for access to cleanout.
Lot of cash to be saved doing these yourself. I know a guy who runs 400 acres and built his building for over 1000.
I cant believe what you must pay in application cost every five years. Half of that number builds the building.
