West Central MN | Asked that question to our county drainage guy a few months ago and as long as the land is already designated and paying taxes on the watershed, can do whatever you want which means it is the wild wild west until they discover something they don't like. And conversely, holding said government entity accountable for their transgressions, or doing something on a reasonable timetable, is pissing into the wind. | |
