| I was watching on YouTube a documentary about the down fall of International Harvester and when it was pretty evident that the company was in deep sh!!t the union was willing to give in on some concessions, but then they found out a bunch of managers were going to receive in total 30 million in bonuses, well the union pulled out of the negotiations. While most likely different circumstances this shows the higher ups do not really care about the companies or the workers on the floor, they just want to get their share while they can. | |
