Kankakee, IL | In my case I wouldn't change the balance sheet until the end of the year and even then the value of the repaired item wouldn't have increased because of the repair. I do have a month by month, category by category budget for each year and those numbers are updated monthly. Stinks when I have a year like 2023 where it seemed like every surpise repair was between $5K and $10K. The year end cost per acre for repairs was discouraging to look at. | |
