All speculation:

Some wonder if a front luggage door didn’t fasten right and the luggage got sucked into one of the turbines.

Plane could have landed ok on one engine, but the turn around to the runway was too tight with drizzle affecting vision; I guess it’s common to want to see the runway parallel and loop into it but misjudge that last turn radius in a panic situation and stall out with only one engine.

All speculation, we will find out in a year or so, but most of us end up wanting to know sooner and this is one total speculation that would match what we know so far.

See what other possibilities come up.

Sad deal whatever it was.
