| The other problem is car costs have exploded. There are no more affordable vehicles anymore. Manufacturers have added so much bloat and other useless items, networks, modules, etc that it's not only expensive for parts, the purposely make them difficult to work on to bloat the mechanic time to "fix" things. So you get porked for both the parts AND labor!
All to sell pretty bells and whistles and or justify an engineer's paycheck.
And stupid Americans just keep buying them. | |
