Property tax increase 11.9%
Medication insurance 98% increase
Health insurance 13.2%
Electricity increase from 2024 14.9%
Social Security increase 2.8%
CD rate decrease 39%
Property and car insurance went up so much that we dropped a couple of buildings and increased deductible  to triple what it was, now paying a little more than we did.

One funny thing, one medication is pretty expensive but it appears that it will be about ½ what it was.  Yippee?  Well no, because we still have to meet the deductible before insurance kicks in.  That means we will still payout the same amount while somebody gets to say drug cost was cut.
