It's so broad, they need to have a press conference on it as I've seen a lot of different things. Way it reads currently nothing on the drone can be made in another country. So anyone that gets there motors from another country can't get new models without dod approval. Probably be cheaper to buy a helicopter if that's the case. And maybe I'm way off on what I've seen on it.
