Strathcona, mn | I wouldn’t say white privilege… I travel through and deal with people/school kids from multiple different reservation nations in northern Minnesota and North Dakota. Any other reservation communities are welcoming and interact and commingle with “white” people like normal. Red lake is just a special situation. I have nothing against them at all, I just decided not to travel through their nation anymore on my travels. For a while there when they built their casino they had a “community cleanup” and things were fairly presentable. It didn’t take too long to have multiple burned out houses, buildings, and cars, trash everywhere, and all of the road signs shot up so bad you can’t hardly read them anymore. Like I said, “special” situation. For entertainment reading google red lake nation and drug use.
