Yes to all that , pretty easy to watch really close in these times ,don’t know if that’s good or bad , managed stuff they move things around and I’m pretty sure pay some commission on all those moves , some I do and watch on my own and find myself doing them like I did the land all these years ,hell no I ain’t selling ;)
