Just had my right one done on the 9th. Incision pain was the worst part. Only did narcotics for pain the first 2 therapy appointments. Acetaminophen otherwise. Iced 6-8 times a day.
I have issues sleeping on my back too. Slept 1st week in recliner. Now back to bed with leg on pillow. Can't wait til I can sleep on my side again.
I know its early but happy so far.
