SC NE | When trying to get into my e-mail, I always get this message that says something about suspicious activity and I need to verify my identity. Have to get a code sent to another e-mail account and then they want a list of recently sent e-mails (I seldom, seldom send an e-mail) Then they want a list of people who recently e-mailed me. In the end they say they don't have enough info to verify my identity. At one point they even wanted to send info to an email account that I am locked out of. I did manage to make another email account, But I like the format on my old one a lot better and would really like to be able to get back into it.
Anybody have any suggestions on how to proceed.
