Indiana | I don’t know anything about the investment ur talking about but seeing and “Ad” about it would make me skeptical.
I would try to manipulate the sale date so that it allows u to buy the property you want. Also if u exchange for physical real estate and get the 1031 saving u could always sell the property later on ur terms to minimize ur tax burden depending on ur circumstances.
I’m kinda in same boat and am looking to do same.
