To KISS, bury an Cat6 Direct Burial Ethernet Cable, and use a router in the building, and a complex setup would be Wireless Access, as in two Ubiquiti Networks NanoStation Loco M2, plus a router.

Most people don't need really "fast" internet. For a shop, 5mbps DL is more than enough
