I have seen and heard some similar ads.... are they just another package of a REIT?
I did not know you could 1031 into something like that, but the few 1031 I have been involved in were 'land here for land there' exchanges.
I have also heard of the seller putting part of the search on the buyer to find an acceptable property for the exchange
