1. First of all none of your business. Concentrate on your own govt.
2. "Only going to established farms." Did you ever realize these established farms weren't always "established?" There's a number of wealthy ones here that started with very little 50 years ago and now they are established, as you say.
Maybe some now are just getting started. They can surely use the funds . The payment is the same per acre to rich or poor, established or unestablished.
Are you suggesting they distribute the money based on net worth?
